Wrobel & Associates  was a great solution for our small private foundation needs!   My financial advisor found them on the web when I wanted to establish a small private 501c3  foundation to be a legacy for charitable giving for my family.   Wrobel’s cost were modest, especially compared to estate planning  lawyers or foundation organizations — we were price sensitive since we wanted to spend funds on charitable giving not a fund administration.   Tom and his capable staff provided professional service, tailored to our needs with friendly, helpful guidance to us “novices”.  The whole process took only about  8  months, from signing our contract to receipt of our 501c3 from the IRS.   I particularly appreciated their on-line conference call scheduling tool for consultations.  Tom’s availability to talk on scheduled calls far surpassed the problems of “telephone tag”  or lengthy emails to provide comments and answer  my questions.  I wholeheartedly recommend T.
